Do you offer Free Shipping? How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Yes, we offer free ground shipping on orders within the contiguous United States.

All orders using our US free ground shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days from the day the order is shipped. Ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will generally take 7 business days. The other expedited shipping options you'll find during the checkout process can ensure your order will get there faster.

 

Will I get my order delivered on a weekend?

Although a carrier may deliver an order on a weekend, we do not guarantee this service and we do not have a dedicated Saturday or Sunday delivery service available at this time.

 

Do you offer next day delivery?

We offer next day delivery through various carriers such as FedEx, UPS and the US Postal service at their going rates. You will find those options during the checkout process. Although we guarantee we will get your package to the shipping company in time to fulfill your requested delivery date, we cannot accept responsibility for the shipper's performance. 

 

When do you ship?

Our ground shipping orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days unless noted otherwise in our products description. All expedited orders will ship same day if placed before 2 PM CT. We do not ship on federal/national holidays.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please contact us and we will help you place the order. Please note, for international shipments you will be billed for shipping, customs, and brokerage fees.

 

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more. Please see our checkout and cart pages for more info.

 

Can I track my shipment?

All our shipping options provide tracking. The tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is set up in our system.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer you a full money back guarantee within 30 days of any purchase for a full refund. The money will be refunded immediately upon the confirmed return of the product back to our office. Please read our return policy page for full details: Return Policy

 

How are packages shipped?

Orders will go out by one of the major carriers such as the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. Additionally you have the option to expedite your shipment for the going rate of the carrier. Various expedited shipping options will be shown to you prior to buying the product during checkout so you can decide before placing the order.

We do not generally ship with a request for signature unless asked for. If your package is not showing up in a timely manner please contact us immediately so we can track it down. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that were verified as delivered to the address given.
